Estimated delivery dates or shipping speeds provided at the time of checkout are based on the shipping option you select and do not take into account any possible processing delays that may occur before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Estimates for Domestic Orders:

We understand that getting your order to you as quickly as possible is important. That is why we offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs.

Our Economy Shipping option usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. 

Our Expedited Shipping option usually takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. 

Express Shipping option takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Once again, It is important to note that these delivery times vary based on location, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind that our free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD only applies to shipping within the United States.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States may take longer than stated delivery times. 

Delivery Timelines

• USA: Delivery within 8-12 business days.
• Delivery timelines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances or if additional time is required for the energising process of your order.
• Pottery, Artwork & Paintings: As these pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order, or specially sourced from artisans, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping across the USA on prepaid orders.
• A Cash on Delivery (COD) service is currently not available for orders within the USA.
• For international deliveries outside the USA, please contact us at info@ehesas.com for shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Confirmation & Non-Delivery Claims

• If the shipment is marked as Delivered on the official logistics/courier tracking portal, it will be considered successfully delivered.
• Any claim regarding non-delivery must be reported within 3 calendar days from the recorded delivery date.
• Claims raised after 3 calendar days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
• No refund, replacement, reshipment, exchange, or compensation will be provided for such claims.
• The delivery status displayed by the official logistics/courier partner shall be treated as the final and conclusive proof of delivery, unless otherwise determined by the courier partner through an official investigation.
