Customers may be responsible for any additional customs, duties, and taxes fees based on their country.

The shipping time frame for international orders is 10-25 business days, but delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

Mail may be transported by ground, air, or a combination of both. Customers are entirely responsible for all designated import duties, customs, and local taxes by their country and region.

The checkout total does not include any additional required duties, which the carrier will inform customers about. In the UK, customers may need to pay VAT, Customs Duty, or Excise Duty on goods from outside the European Union (EU), which, on average, will amount to 12% of the order's value. Similarly, for orders entering Canada, the import threshold is $20 CAD, with orders above that amount incurring import fees of roughly 5%-13%. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to the U.S, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Our company is committed to providing reliable and timely shipping services to our customers. However, we would like to draw your attention to certain circumstances where we are not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or shipped to PO Boxes.

Deliveries for United Arab Emirate

For products available locally, the delivery shall be done within 1-2 business days.

For handmade products that are directly sourced from the artisans, we take at least 25-30 days to deliver.

All deliveries within UAE are free.

For deliveries outside the UAE and within the GCC region, additional shipment charges of AED 40 shall apply.

Information regarding the Airway Bill number will be communicated to the buyer via email or text message after the products are dispatched.
