Pottery, Artwork & Paintings: As these pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order, or specially sourced from artisans, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping across the USA on prepaid orders.
A Cash on Delivery (COD) service is currently not available for orders within the USA.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Confirmation & Non-Delivery Claims

If the shipment is marked as Delivered on the official logistics/courier tracking portal, it will be considered successfully delivered.
Any claim regarding non-delivery must be reported within 3 calendar days from the recorded delivery date.
Claims raised after 3 calendar days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
No refund, replacement, reshipment, exchange, or compensation will be provided for such claims.
The delivery status displayed by the official logistics/courier partner shall be treated as the final and conclusive proof of delivery, unless otherwise determined by the courier partner through an official investigation.
